VisiQuate Acquires Artiva HCx, Uniting Revenue Cycle Intelligence and Workflow Expertise to Turn Insight Into Action

Combination brings together analytics and AI, proven workflow technology and deep operational expertise to help revenue cycle teams know which work matters and get it done

SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 4, 2026 — VisiQuate, a healthcare revenue cycle intelligence, workflow and automation company, today announced it has acquired Finvi's Artiva HCx business, including its revenue cycle workflow platform, the experienced team that built and runs it at scale, and the clients it serves.

Building on VisiQuate's 17 years of revenue cycle intelligence, the acquisition expands the expertise and technology behind the company's solutions and advances its long-term vision of making the hardest parts of the revenue cycle visible and solvable.

"Every revenue cycle problem worth solving takes deep expertise, and we just added a lot of it," said Derek Foster, Chief Strategy Officer at VisiQuate. "VisiQuate was built to show revenue cycle teams which deep insights and work matters most. Artiva HCx brings a proven platform and a team with years of hands-on workflow experience. Together, we can build toward a future where knowing what to work on, getting it resolved and actioning those next steps are no longer separate problems."

Revenue cycle teams rarely lack data about denials and unpaid accounts. What they lack is a reliable way to put the right work in front of the right person, or trigger the right automation, before a denial happens or revenue is written off. VisiQuate's analytics and AI prioritize revenue opportunities by value and root cause, track payer policy changes, show where revenue is at risk and (increasingly) leverage agentic technology to automate tasks that previously required human intervention. Human-in-the-loop design allows organizations to govern what work is routed to a team member and what automation can resolve.

Artiva HCx routes and runs insurance follow-up, denial management and collections work. Pairing VisiQuate's data expertise, intelligence and automation capabilities with Artiva HCx workflow expertise yields a platform with the right combination of data ontology, workflow orchestration and intelligence & automation capabilities to prevent avoidable denials, recover revenue sooner and reduce manual effort. In the future, VisiQuate envisions a revenue cycle where every revenue opportunity is understood, prioritized and moved toward resolution, automatically.

Artiva HCx clients will have access to VisiQuate's reporting, intelligence and automation to augment workflows they already run, helping teams decide which issues to work first and why, reduce manual work and demonstrate the results their efforts deliver. For VisiQuate clients, it adds experienced revenue cycle workflow talent and solutions behind the analytics, AI, and automation solutions they use today.

"The Artiva HCx team has spent years building and executing the workflow that revenue cycle operations actually run on. That expertise is the foundation that AI advancement requires, and expands our capacity to build, automate and innovate across everything we offer," said Andrea (Andy) Paz, Chief Product Officer at VisiQuate. "We plan to invest in both product suites and their integration, starting with agentic AI and automation that take repetitive work off revenue cycle teams, and VisiQuate reporting and intelligence that tells those agents what to work and why. Looking ahead, we see AI agents and people working side by side across the revenue cycle, each doing the work they do best."

"Artiva HCx is where our clients manage account work and revenue recovery every day," said Paul Tennefoss, Senior Director of Software Engineering for Artiva HCx. "Now, as part of VisiQuate, our priority is to keep advancing the platform they rely on, with their operations in mind. Bringing VisiQuate's capabilities into that work creates an opportunity to help teams resolve accounts with better information and less repetitive effort."

VisiQuate partnered with Accel-KKR, a global technology-focused investment firm, in 2024 to support growth and product innovation. With Accel-KKR's support, VisiQuate plans to build on that strategy through continued investment in the VisiQuate and Artiva HCx product suites and their integration, expanding the company's ability to serve healthcare organizations as their needs grow and to advance its vision for the revenue cycle.

Current VisiQuate and Artiva HCx clients will continue to receive support for their existing products and contracts, and VisiQuate will work with clients from both companies to shape product and integration priorities.
